Important Information.
ID & Document Requirements
All signers must present a valid, government-issued photo ID.
Documents must be completed but NOT signed before the notary appointment.
All required signers must be present at the time of notarization.
Additional Fees
After-Hours Service: 7 PM – 7 AM, Mon-Sun & Holidays – Additional $50
Same-Day/Urgent Service: within 2 hours of service – Additional $75 - $100
Long-Distance Service Fee: 20+ miles from 53121– Additional mileage-based fee
Wait Fee: A $1/minute fee applies after 15 minutes of waiting past the scheduled appointment
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations within 2 hours of the appointment may incur a $25 fee.
Rescheduling is allowed at no charge if requested at least 3 hours in advance.
